W.T. Brennan

W.T. Brennan, former Kaufman County resident, died in Houston early Monday. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Anderson-Clayton Chapel in Mesquite, with Father Robert Zamy as leader. Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Holy Trinity Church in Dallas with Father Joseph Stabile as celbrant. Interment will be in Oakland Memorial Park in Terrell.

William Thomas Brennan, a son of the late Michael J. Brennan and Elizabeth Ann Corbett Brennan, was born in Kaufman County on October 1, 1891. He lived most of his life in and near the Talty community where he was engaged in farming for many years.

He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Surviving him are: his wife, Mary Ethel Brennan of Houston; one daughter, Ann Christofferson of Houston, three grandchildren; four sisters, Sister Regis Brennan of Evansville, Indiana, Pearl Davis of Glendale, Ca., Mary Elizabeth Kelly of Houston, and Anastasia Peek of Winslow, Arkansas; a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Note: The Texas Death Index shows that William Brennan died on April 25, 1982 in Harris County.
