Survived by parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Wesley Crenshaw; sister, Lisa Michelle; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter White, all of Forney; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H.J. Crenshaw, Sr., Royse City, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Gay, Nevada, Texas, Mrs. C.O. Ballard, Kaufman; aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. D. Wayne Burger, Lake Jackson, Texas. Services 10 a.m. Tuesday, First Methodist Church, Forney. Rev. Dan Purvis and Rev. Jerry Griffin officiating. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Forney.
