FORT WORTH, Texas – Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian Gillespie, 77, of Fort Worth, a former long-time resident of Forney, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Harveson & Cole Funeral Chapel here. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney.

Mrs. Gillespie died Tuesday in a Fort Worth hospital after a short illness.

She moved to Fort Worth from Forney eight years ago.

Survivors are a son, J.E. Lewis of Fort Worth; a daughter, Mrs. Earl Paschall of Mesquite; a sister, Mrs. Altie Rhodes of Wichita, Kan., seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
