Mrs. Jennie Feagin

Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Leah Feagin, 84, of 9525 Rosalie, a Dallas resident 25 years, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the McCullough Chapel, Mesquite, with Mrs. M.B. Elsberry, evangelist, officiating. Burial will be in Grove Hill Memorial Park.

Mrs. Feagin died Wednesday in the Pleasant Dale Nursing Home, Grand Prairie, after a long illness. She was a native of Lawson, and a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle.

Survivers are six sons, R.T. Feagin of Plainview, Hale County, W.R. Feagin of Seagoville and A.D. Feagin, G.D. Feagin, J.R. Feagin and Irad Feagin, all of Dallas; two daughters, Mrs. Emma E. Sloan of Dallas and Mrs. Minnie L. Glenn of San Gabirel, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Darr of Forney, Kaufman County, and Mrs. Lou Cowling of Electra, Wichita County; a brother, Bill Hill of Denison and 25 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Note: According to the Texas Death Index, Jennie L. Feagin died March 22, 1961 in Dallas County. There is a Jenny Feagin in the 1930 Forney, Kaufman County, Texas census, wife of J.D. Feagin and children Willie R, Emma and Irad. She was born about 1875 in Texas.
