Mrs. Ninnie Yates, who will be 98 years old on October 1st, was honored Monday afternoon by Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Robertson with a surprise party. Mrs. Yates, now a resident of a Seagoville nursing home, lived most of her life in Forney and the one thing she misses at the home is seeing her old friends.

So when she needed a new permanent it was an opportunity for many of her friends to greet her and bring gifts.
