FORNEY, Tex., Nov. 29 - The examining trial of W.H. Brazewell was called in the Justice Court today on charge of selling mortgaged cotton. After hearing the evidence on both sides Justice J.S. Woods bound over the defendant to the District Court in th sum of $600. In default of bond he was taken to jail.
