FORNEY, Tex., Oct. 3 - Tom Lokey of this place left Saturday evening with alleged mortgaged property belonging to Mr. W.S. Newton. Deputy Sheriff Selman and posse followed him to near Canton, in Van Zandt County, but here they lost his trail and up to date has not been captured. They are still in pursuit.
