Forney, Texas, Jan. 9 - The new First Presbyterian Church here has been opened for use. The building was erected at a cost of $15,000, without furnishings. There is a basement under the entire structure, an assembly-room seating about 150 people, classrooms, kitchen and other conveniences. The main auditiorium will seat about 300 people.

The building committee was composed of M. Spellman, W.E. Chapman, O.D. Dozier and Miss Nell Deitz. The Rev. John H. Woodward is the pastor.
