Philip Rex Costello, age 30, passed away in Dallas, Texas on July 26, 1988. He was employed by Sterling Jewelry Company of Dallas for a number of years prior to his death. He is survived by his parents, Tom and Mattie Evelyn Costello; brothers, Jim Costello, Tom Costello, Jr., David Costello, all of Dallas. Also surviving are his triplet brother and sister, Tim Costello of San Fransisco, California and Cindy Costello of Dallas.

When the Costello triplets were born in Dallas on Oct. 14, 1957, they were among the first surviving triple births in that city in many years prior to that date.

Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27th at Anderson-Clayton Funeral Home in Mesquite, with a Funeral Mass held at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Dallas at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 28, 1988. Burial was at Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney.
