Mrs. Jason Sowell, 84, died at her Forney home Thursday.

Surviving are three sons, Roy H. Sowell, T.W. Sowell and J.B. Sowell, Dallas; a daughter, Mrs. W.H. Yates, Forney; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Adams, Crandall, Kaufman County, and Mrs. Mittie Arceneaux, Beaumont; three brothers, W.H. Jackson, San Antonio; George Jackson, Dallas, and C.R. Jackson, Beaumont.

Funeral services will be in Forney.
