Wife of Mayor of Forney Dies

Forney, Texas, June 25 – Mrs. Edith Griffin, wife of Mayor O.E. Griffin, died here suddenly of heart failure last night. Funeral was held at Crandall this afternoon.

Note: Mary Edith Griffin is buried at the Crandall Cemetery next to her husband Omar E. Griffin.
