FORNEY, Texas May 10 – Fred Adams, former Sheriff of Kaufman County, died at his home in Forney Monday following a heart attack. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. George Venner of Forney and Mrs. Kipling Yates of Dallas; two sons, Jake and Clyde Adams. Funeral services will be held at the Forney Presbyterian Church, of which he was a member, at 3:30 o’clock Tuesday afternoon. Interment will be at Forney Cemetery.
