Forney, Kaufman Co., Tex., May 17 – The Forney Tribune has changed hands, Walter D. Adams having sold his interest to Serce Elliott.

Very few citizens have attended the spring palace.

Justice court was in session this week. Several important cases were disposed of.

There is a prospect for the erection of several brick business houses in south Forney soon. Two or three are sure to be built.

Two protracted meetings are to commence soon.

The [Dallas] NEWS is the favorite at Forney, and whenever it fails to come everyone wears a disappointed look.
