FORNEY, Texas, Feb. 5 – At the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Farmers National Bank, the following officers were elected: James K. Brooks, president; M.M. Layden, vice-president; Carl C. Senter, vice-president and cashier; Mrs. Lynn Senter, cashier; Conway Senter, assistant cashier; J.K. Brooks, J.M. Hughes, M.M. Layden, B.G. Duke and Carl C. Senter, directors.

The stockholders of the Forney State Bank elected Walter D. Adams, president; C.L. McCuiston, vice-president; Mrs. Florence Reagin, cashier; Mrs. Mary L. Adams, assistant cashier; Walter D. Adams, Cleon S. Lewis, Florence Reagin, Guyton McKellar and O.W. Reagin, directors.
