FORNEY, Texas, Aug. 31 – At the annual meeting of the American Pharmaceutical Association held in Minneapolis, Minn., last week, Mrs. Walter D. Adams of Forney was chosen as vice-president of the Ladies’ Auxiliary for the Southwest. Mrs. Adams organized the State auxiliary as well as the Dallas County auxiliary several years ago.

These organizations have as their main objective the creation of scholarship funds for the purpose of educating women in the profession of pharmacy. Quite a number of women pharmacists owe their opportunity of completing their pharmaceutical education to the activity of these organizations.
