Doc Pigler, of Forney, claimed that his brother-in-law Wilson owed him $200 and Wilson refusing to pay him, he went gunning for him and fired a salute which took effect in an inoffensive citizen, producing a painful though not serious wound. Pigler took a west-bound train and some of the unsophisticated officials her were searching the town for him just as though the prisoner would rush into a town of the size of Dallas.
