Cynthia Anne Turner, San Antonio, and Phil Shipley, Austin, were married Dec. 31 in Casa Linda Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Brian Johnston officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hal K. Turner, 1917 Peavy Road, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. D.H. Shipley, Forney. The couple will live in Austin.
