Miss Joy Mayleese Carter and Donald Ellis Hamm were married Feb. 12 in the Garland Road Church of Christ. Kurfees Pullias of Port Lavaca, minister, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Warren R. Carter, 1724 Kiltartan.

The bridegroom, 12819 Jupiter, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman E. Hamm of Forney. He attended East Texas State University.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Mrs. Gene Wakefield. Ronald Madden of Forney was best man.

After a wedding trip to Canadian, Okla., the couple will make their home in Dallas.
