FORNEY SCORING PUNCH – This quartet of fleet backs will lead the Forney Jackrabbits against Judson Grove in a Class B bidistrict play-off game at Terrell Thursday night. They paced the Jackrabbit offense which racked up 497 points in ten victorious games this season, while opponents were limited to 32 – one touchdown in each of six games. Left to right, Frank Carmichael, halfback; Brooksy Roland, fullback; Charles Osborne, quarterback, and J.C. Mitchell, halfback, the state’s leading Class B scorer with 186 points. Mitchell and Osborne together tallied more than 300 of the team’s points.
